How do you write a process description?

Following Words are used for describing a process:

1. Firstly, Secondly,

2. Once (action 1), (action 2)

3. Having (action 1), the next step is (action 2)

4. Next,

5. Then, And then

6. Finally

7. Coherence is a must.

8. Step by step writing is a must and steps should not be confused or jumbled.

9. Imperatives can be used or passive voice can be used.

10. There is no need to include a subject.

Eg. You should take lemon (incorrect)

Take a lemon. (correct)

What should a process description include?

Define the overall process in a single sentence.

Describe the scope and purpose of the document you are writing.

This is not the place to demonstrate ability to introduce the field of knowledge but it is written in order to help the reader understand the process.
