I have recently purchased 40 inch LED television with high definition features for Rs.50,000/-. (Ref: Bill No.161718 dated 1st February 2022). Your sales officials fixed the television and uploaded many applications such as Face book, Netflix, Google Play store, Amazon, You Tube, Disney Hot star, Twitter, Whatsapp etc. None of the programs work except our local cable connection. Every time it needs to be updated. We are in a position to call the serviceman often and the service charges are more than Rs.500/- per visit. Kindly send a skilled serviceman and solve our issues with the newly purchased television. It becomes an unwanted expenditure for us. The repeated problems make us feel irritated since when we are excited to watch some programs, the software applications become inactive. We are seeking a permanent solution for this. The family members with technological knowhow find difficult to resolve this issue. We seek immediate remedy. Kindly respond as soon as possible.

I found the sofa is badly damaged. I don't know whether the damage occurred due to transportation or bringing it inside home. The legs of the sofa are broken and it is unsteady, unsafe and it sways when someone sits on it. The moment we found out that it is defective no one is using it and it is kept along with its plastic wrappers. Kindly replace our damaged sofa with a new one or reimburse out amount of Rs. 15,000/-, the cost of the product. Contact me over phone: 1234567890 and check my availability before coming for replacement or taking away the defective product. If you don't take any remedial action within ten days, I will have to contact the consumer forum for the redressal of my grievance.
