INTERNSHIP APPLICATION

Internship application letter is one of the best ways to convey that you are best suited to be an intern. A well-written internship application should highlight relevant skills and experience that make you fit for the role. The cover letter should capture the attention of the employer and convince them to shortlist or select you for internship.

How to draft a cover letter for an internship:

State the exact role you are applying for: Draft a new internship letter.

Use the right key words: Include the key words mentioned in the company's ad.

Include your coursework: If you are applying for designing internship, mention the courses you have undergone on designing.

Highlight your skills: Education, experience, If you are a fresher- mention your projects, voluntary participation, your knowledge in the relevant field.

Explain the reason for your suitability: Mention concisely in one or two sentences. Explain your uniqueness along with suitability.

Check your cover letter for any grammatical errors: Check, revise, edit and  improvise your letter before sending by email or post.
