In recent decades, the need for habitable dwelling units and new industrial parks has grown significantly. It is due to fast-rising population and spontaneous increase in the size of cities. The goal of sustainable urbanization is to build structures in an environmentally friendly way considering resource efficiency for primary raw materials. The modern materials that are used in construction include the following:
